Female Audition Song: "Not for the Life of Me" (Start at second half of intro, with the line "You certainly are diff'rent . . ." End at the first ending of the repeat on the last page.)
Male Audition Song: "What Do I Need With Love" (Start at the beginning. End after the first verse of the repeated section.)
 Hopewell Viking Musical's first inaugural Alumni Cabaret was a huge success on Saturday! We had 18 total alumni come back to perform together on the stage while the audience wined and dined. Our theme for this year was "Musicals We Couldn't Do in High School." Songs were selected from a variety of shows, including Cabaret, Rent, The Book of Mormon, Avenue Q, and Spamalot. Many thanks to the large number of parents, students, and alumni who made this event possible! All proceeds raised that evening will be going towards the support of future musical theatre productions at Hopewell. Next year's Alumni Cabaret is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, June 10, 2017. Save the date for another raucous night of music and dance! Check out some of the event photos below! Congratulations to the cast of "Catch Me If You Can"! Hopewell won the award for Best Musical (Budget Category 2) as well as Best Lead Actor (Danny Watts). The evening was a huge success, with a variety of performances by all the nominated schools and students. Tituss Burgess also gave a wonderful speech before the presentation of the final awards.
